WE WILL: Create a strong rental listing for your investment property. Photograph images for the rental listing to create a virtual tour for prospective tenan Conduct showings for interested prospective tenant Review applications and conduct thorough tenant screenings for prospective tenants to find the best fit for your rental propert Prepare and construct lease agreements with provisions based on landlord conditions and tenant/landlord responsibilitie Ensure a smooth move-in process
WE WILL: Be a direct hotline for tenants in need of information, repairs, and maintenance. Handle maintenance requests via quick access to licensed contractors and technicians for property maintenance. Ensure tenant/landlord satisfaction by thoroughly communicating between tenants and landlords including troubleshooting, rent payment reminders, rental adjustment, renewals maintenance/repairs, questions, etc. Help navigate through the eviction process if needed Ensure a smooth move-in process Conduct move-out walkthroughs for any post rental damage to be reported to the landlord before security deposit is returned
